Live sessions

Register, join, and review a session.

Open Live to see your organization’s schedule. A session can have open registration, require approval, or have a limited number of seats.

A pending request is not yet a confirmed place. Check the session page for the decision and the joining instructions. If a session changes or is cancelled, return to its page for the current information.

Registered learners can join 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Before then, the session page shows the opening time in your local time zone and updates automatically. Cancelled or ended sessions cannot be joined. Recordings and materials remain available separately. A link already shared outside the platform follows the meeting provider’s access settings.

Instructors can open meeting links early to prepare and can review the roster for sessions assigned to them. Organization administrators schedule sessions, decide approval requests, and manage attendance and the recap.

Attendance and course completion are separate records. Attending a live session does not automatically mark every course lesson complete.
