Progress and certificates

Understand course completion, assessments, and your learning record.

Your progress is saved against your course enrollment. Complete reading, video, and practical lessons with the lesson’s Continue or Finish action.

For a quiz, select your answers and submit them. The result shows your score and whether you passed. Your course sets the passing score and number of retries. A survey collects feedback and is separate from a graded quiz.

Some courses and learning paths issue a certificate when their completion requirements are met. Find your certificates in the learning area. Each certificate has a verification link that you can share.

An access end date can prevent you from reopening lesson material. Your completion history remains available. Contact your administrator if access needs to be extended.
